    Same Issue here with a new tenant. Access to any admin page is completely broken. I'm on a waiting queue to speak with a tech. 120 min. delay. I hope I won't be told to contact an Admin like Joe above...

    Now, the issue is fixed. History: First time I already login without set up Microsoft Authenticator app in Microsoft admin portal last two day. Today I login in Microsoft admin portal and it is action required Microsoft Authenticator app. So, I already download and put it. Now, this issue is fixed. So, I think first time login need Microsoft Authenticator app. However, first time you can't add in authenticator and can't login next time. Please wait a day and try again in next day. Please put it to Microsoft Authenticator if you can login. Thank you for reading.
