Currently, the mail server is using Exchange 2019 On-premise. and Outlook verison: Microsoft Outlook LTSC MSO(16.0.14332.20561) 64bit

When I try to use Outlook's Translate function, I get the error "we could not't translate your message at this time. Please try again later". Maybe it's because I'm looking at the internal network, but I wonder which Domain, IP address, and port I should pass through to use Outlook's Translate.

I'm sorry, but the Translator for Outlook feature requires an internet connection to work properly. It may not work when you are on an intranet or behind a firewall that blocks the necessary ports. According to the Microsoft documentation, the Translator for Outlook feature requires access to the following domains: api.cognitive.microsoft.com and api.microsofttranslator.com. You may need to allow access to these domains in your firewall or proxy server to use the Translator for Outlook feature.
