Excel Live embedded in web page - how to remove unwanted black ribbon?

I am new at embedding an excel in a web page. I have succeeded but find the displayed embedded range (black arrow points to it) also includes an unwanted black ribbon containing links, below the desired embedded excel range. Can anyone advise a method to eliminate the black ribbon output? Thank you.
