I have read the article on "View and share your Microsoft Certifications on Learn," However when I follow the steps, the "certifications" menu never appears. I cannot get past Step 3.

  1. Sign into your Learn profile - Good
  2. Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu - Good
  3. Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile - "Certifications" DOES NOT APPEAR!
  4. Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “View certification details” below the description
  5. Under the certification title, there are three options: “Print”, “Edit display name” and “Share
  6. If you’d like to share your certification, select “Share.” Select the location to which you want to share your certification
  7. If you want others to be able to verify your shared certification, set your Learn profile view to public

Why does "certifications" not appear under my profile menu?

Assuming you used the same email address for your Microsoft Learn account as you did to register for the exam:

    1. Go to learn.microsoft.com.
    2. Log in to your account.
    3. Select your profile icon at the top right.
    4. Click on "Profile." from the drop-down
    5. Select "Credentials" from the vertical menu on the left.
    6. You will see "Applied Skills" and "Certification" tabs.
    7. Select the "Certification" tab to view your certificates.

If you took the exam through Pearson VUE, you should receive an email in your inbox asking you to accept your badge:

    1. Click on the link in the email.
    2. You will be redirected to Microsoft Learn.
    3. Login with the email associated with your Microsoft Learn profile, and you will see your badge there.
