Hi Francesco, I would suggest to contact your admin for your work or school account. They will have the ability to reset your 2FA and you will be able to register your 2FA on your new phone. Authenticator. Stuck in the loop.

Long story short: I changed my phone and erased my data (hard reset) from that phone, however I probably didn't delete my Work / School Account from that phone and within the Authenticator App before doing that. As I have a new phone now I am unable to properly set up Authenticator and receive codes on this new phone.
As a result, I can't access my Work / School Account email and services since I am requested a "code" which I have no clue where to get it from.
