in a shared calendar how do we know who created the appintments

we are using a shared calender to docuemnt out out of office days, but we have to type in our name in the subject line in order to make it individualized. how do we know who created the appointment without the added typing of our names in the subject line

    In Outlook, I'm afraid you can't directly see the creator who created the appointment. As an alternative, you can try adding attendees, and the creation will be displayed. Like the image below. User's image
