Thank you for using the Microsoft Q&A forums. This may be a stale address issue. Try the following:
- Disconnect wired connection (remove LAN cable)
- go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear
- After system restart, reconnect network cable.
- Test the connection to the account. If it fails, restart the system and try again.
This should clear any stuck items if its an issue with the stale adresses.
