My MCID is different between exam confirmation email and microsoft learn account.

I have completed the AI-900 certification exam and passed. The MCID available in the exam confirmation email is different from the MCID that is linked to my microsoft corporate learn account. So the certificate is not listed under the credentials option in my microsoft account even after linking my personal email certification account. How do link the correct mcid to my microsoft learn account to view the passed certificate.
