All Office 2013 programs crash during sign-in after online update

Question

After downloading the Office 2013 updates, every application of Office 2013 crashes during sign-in, even in safe mode. This includes 2013 Visio and 2013 Project. I do have a backup copy of the entire "Programs" and "Programs 64" folders. I'm running Windows 10. Thank you!
