Azure public DNS zones are accessible from outside of Azure, only when the Nameserver records for that domain are pointing to the Azure DNS Name-servers shown for your zone.
When creating a new record in a DNS zone, it might take some time (up to 24) before the records are correctly distributed across all internet name servers

Hi @Emmanuel Jaraplasan Are you sure you created an Azure DNS zone, not an Azure Private DNS zone? Both look the same in the portal, but only the first one is public available. Otherwise, please provide more context so we can help you out.
