In my powerpoint, I click this but no response. How can I fix this feature? User's image

Hi @JY D

Does this issue occur with all pictures in other PowerPoint presentations? Please check if this issue exists for images of a certain formats.

If yes, you may tell us the formats.
If not, I suggest you update Office to the newest. You may also try to perform an online repair for Office from Control Panel.

Have you tried to save as other images with different formats?

Thank you for your repaly. This issue occur with all pictures. I have updated it but not solve the problem. In my friend's notebook, I click ' Save as picture' will pop up an interface, but my notebook does not do it.

If a file is available on another device using "Save as Picture", I want to confirm whether your "Pictures" folder is redirect to a different location than your user profile folder (C:\Users<account name>\Pictures)?
