Hello Microsoft Technical Team, I have a very important question: I see that my Dell Alienware M16 AMD laptop based on RTX4080 is not waking up after sleep when connected to a external monitor. However, no such issues are seen on my ASUS laptop which is based on Intel I9 , RTX4090 which is also WIN11. Based on various blogs, people say this is a microsoft sleep issue on WIN11 which is not fixed?> Could you please confirm it?

Hello Based on the information I found, there have been reports of sleep issues with Windows 11 on various devices, including Dell Alienware M16 AMD laptops with RTX4080. The issue could be related to power settings, drivers, or other factors.   Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:   Update your BIOS and drivers: Make sure you have the latest BIOS and drivers installed for your Dell Alienware M16 AMD laptop. Check your power settings: Ensure that your power settings are correctly configured to allow your laptop to enter and exit sleep mode. Run the Power Troubleshooter: Windows 11 has a built-in troubleshooter that can help identify and resolve power-related issues. Disable Hybrid Mode: If your laptop is using Hybrid Mode, try disabling it to see if that resolves the issue. Check for interfering processes: Some processes or services might prevent your laptop from entering or exiting sleep mode. As for your ASUS laptop with Intel I9 and RTX4090, it seems there are no reported issues with sleep mode on this device based on the information I found.   Regarding your question about whether this is a known unfixed issue with Windows 11, I found some discussions suggesting that there have been sleep issues reported with Windows 11. However, Microsoft regularly releases updates to address various issues, so it’s recommended to keep your system up to date.
