How to fix "NET HELPMSG 2184 - The service is not started"

I've a LAN with a Windows 11 computer "S2100-Bis", a Windows 11 computer "S2100" and an XP computer "S2800". I've checked that the services "Computer Browser" and "Workstation" are running and it is so. The command net view works on S2100 and S2800. On S2100-Bis net view gives "NET HELPMSG 2184" The service is not running. ----------------------------------------------------------------- How must I fix it? Thank you. You can try below steps to troubleshoot this issue 1.Run Win+R, input "service.msc" and press enter 2.Find the "Computer Browser" and "Workstation" 3.Check if the type is automatic 4.Check the property and if dependency service is running. 5.Restart two services and run the net view command again.     The marked phenomenon exists when I first logon on S2800, then S2100 and at last S2100-Bis. When I first logon on S2100-Bis then "net view" works fine on it, but no more on S2100.
