    Hello, As we cannot see your error code, below are some general ways to fix upgrade issue:

    1. Run the update trouible-shooter:Windows Update Troubleshooter - Microsoft Support
    2. Run commands: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth sfc /scannow
    3. Check for new updates. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and then install any available updates.
    4. Uninstall 3rd party anti-virus software
