After you create a Log Analytics workspace, you can use Azure Monitor to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources.
You need to create a custom log table in your Log Analytics workspace. You can do this by creating a custom log table in the Log Analytics workspace and then configuring the data source to send data to the custom log table. This allows you to collect events from text files on both Windows and Linux computers.
After you create a custom log table, you can query the data in the Log Analytics workspace by using the Kusto query language. You can also parse the log data into individual fields during collection or in your queries.
