"Select which icons appear on the taskbar" shows no icons

my taskbar shows no system icons like power, eject USB, volume, bluetooth, wifi etc! when i click "taskbar settings" then click "select which icons appear on the taskbar" the only thing which is visible is "Always show all icons in the notification area" and below that it is blank, there are no icons to select i've tried sfc /scannow, i've tried rebuilding the icon cache, rebooted several times, no change User's image

    Hello

    1. Please open an administrator command line and run "sfc /scannow" or "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to check the health of system files.
    2. Try to login with another account then check the issue or create a new user then login.
