Hello If you want to turn off Core Parking, please take the following steps:

    1. Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\0cc5b647-c1df-4637-891a-dec35c318583
    2. Change the "Attribute" key value from "1" to "0".
    3. Then you should get the processor power options “Processor performance core min cores” from any power plan.
