How to record an audio in Onenote while wearing an headset or earphone

Hello, I have been trying to record some webinars in OneNote. I usually wear a headset or earphones while watching different webinars or listening to calls. However, when I wear the earphones or headset, no sound is ever recorded in my OneNote audio recording. Could you please help me to fix or solve this issue?

    If you use a headset or earphone to record the audio of your simple speech, will it work?

    Please make sure your microphone device is detected.

    • You may also go to Home tab > Voice group > Dictate, check whether your voice will be recognized.
    • If no voice recognized, please go to Windows icon - Settings - Privacy - Microphone. Click OneNote to "On" to use the microphone.
    • You may also set up and test microphones in Windows.

    If your voice can be recognized, but no sound when recording the sound for machine internal recording. It is recommended that you change to another third-party software to record the audio.
