Unable to view free/busy times in Outlook for a specific user

Hello Team, We have user in our environment, we are not able to view his free busy information. It is giving error "No free/busy information could be retrieved from the server." We have checked in OWA as well it is same. We ran the below cmd to check the permissions and it is correct. Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity XXXX:\Calendar FolderName User AccessRights SharingPermissionFlags


Calendar Default {AvailabilityOnly}
Calendar Anonymous {None}
Can you let us know how to proceed.

    Hello @Alka Kumari ,

    Have you tried turning off Cached Exchange Mode? If possible, you could try turning off Cached Exchange Mode and restart Outlook.Besides, it is recommended that you restart the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Assistant service on the Exchange server and try again.

    If the problem persists, deleting the Office credentials saved in Credential Manager may also be a method worth trying.
