My Lenovo Laptop's BIOS not allowed me to reset the secure boot, I want to shift on windows 11 to Windows 10.

I've Purchase new lanovo ideapad with windows 11 home, now I want to join my laptop on the companies domain, but due to windows 11 home I am unable to join. When I going to reset my laptop and try to shift windows 11 to windows 10 but the bios not allow me to going on secure boot, what I do please suggest.
