Authenticator problem

Hello. I had authenticator on my last phone and its now broken. There was some accountsnon diffrents plattforms that was saved there and so i now need. How do i get my accounts back?? I use iphone and saw something avout icloud backup. So i went into authenticator on this phone and enabled backup from icloud but it just overwrite the backup i had from my last phone it seems like so i have no idea what to do and im scared i am unable to get any of my accounts again.. i need help! What to dooo??

Hi Unfortunately if the backup is not working you have to ask your administrator to reset MFA registration on your azure account. Regarding other accounts you have to follow recovery procedures provided by each site Please don’t forget to accept helpful answer
