ResellerConfiguration API (Post) is not working for "Specific partners in the CSP program I select"

I want to configure the below using rest api provided in swagger:

I am not sure how to do this. However I am successfully able to do the rest 2 below options. Any partner in the CSP program
No partners in the CSP program

Please provide help for how to do "Specific partners in the CSP program I select" using rest api.
