CRM Dynamics adding note to tracked meeting

Question

Hello, Our organisation uses Dynamics 365 as the CRM software. We have it integrated with all other available microsoft products and so, our users are tracking their meetings/appointments from Teams to Dynamics 365.
After the meeting our users would like to add post meeting notes to their meetings that would be visible on their timelines within Dynamics 365, although currently adding notes to their meetings sends updates to all participants of the meeting with mentioned notes attached. We would like to be able to add personal notes to the meeting within Dynamics to be only internally visible, without sharing them with all participants of the call. Is there a solution to this case?
