Windows Server 2019 Essentials Digital License

Hello, I purchased back in 2022 a license for Windows Server 2019 Essentials, from a local store, and was about 67 Eur for a digital license. In the meantime I learned that digital licenses are not legal, and they are either a part of a volume license, licenses sold in low income countries, or are retail licenses of scrapped computers that were collected and resold as "valid" licenses. I found that for Windows 10 or 11 there was a statement that invalidates a license if the computer that a retail license is moved onto is not owned by the same person as the one that purchased the license, pretty much invalidating the licenses collected from scrapped computers, since the actual moving of the license is not done by the owner of the license himself, on a computer owned by himself. So my question is, where can I find this issue in the Windows Server 2019 Essentials License Agreement, so that I know if my license is breaking the agreement or not. Please provide a link for the License Agreement of Windows Server 2019 Essentials so that I can study this further. Please clarify what can I do to find out if my license is fake or not. The fact that is a digital license automatically makes it fake? Please help me on this so that I can take further steps into making sure I am legal.

    Dear Microsoft.

    I am serious about keeping myself in 100% LEGALITY.

    But I need your part in this so that I can MAKE SURE that I CAN "BE" 100% LEGAL.

    Please teach me what can I search for or give me some guidelines in order to be 100% sure that I buy a valid 100% LEGAL license.

    Please also allow this idea as a future solution:

    When someone buys a license from a company that sells legal licenses, please automatically send an email to that buyer, with the "ACCEPTED LEGAL LICENSE" message, so that we are sure we buy legal licenses.

    I miss the old days when I had a holographic/color shifting sticker with security elements that allowed me to be 100% sure that the license I bought is LEGAL 100%.

    I know that 100% is to buy directly from Microsoft. However, is unfair for me, if there are cheaper 100% LEGAL licenses out there, as I would buy cheaper options as long as I am 100% sure that the license I buy is 100% legal.
