I want to deploy AppLocker through Intune using blacklist methos means block all allow specific but the applications that are already installed not block .. I have test App Control for Business (Preview) but it didn't work may be its in preview that why. please suggest me solution

Yes that is possible. You just need to configure Applocker on your local GPO settings and export into xml. You than can deploy it with Intune. https://whackasstech.com/microsoft/msintune/how-to-deploy-applocker-with-microsoft-intune/
You can use Applocker in Intune by export your configuration from Local Security policies to Intune. Use this guide or something similar: https://www.anoopcnair.com/create-applocker-policies-to-secure-intune-wip/
App Control for Business have very different approach.
Is their any other solution to block third party applications that user cannot install only they use when we publish that app in his company portal.
