Is there any option to receive MS OTP SMS to Twilio phone number? Or any other way to automate testing of Dynamic 365?

I am implementing Dynamics 365 test automation. In order to sign in to Dynamics 365 CRM I need to receive OTP SMS. Is there any option to receive it to Twilio or other virtual phone number in order to add past this OTP to the code snippet in Ghost Inspector?
