I've downloaded an encrypted file and have it's password, but I cannot extract it. The wizard is saying encryption not available and the file cannot be opened.

Hello, It's possible that the file is encrypted using a third-party encryption software that is not supported by Windows. To extract the file, you may need to use the same encryption software that was used to encrypt it. Alternatively, you can try using a different file extraction tool that supports the encryption method used on the file. If you're still having trouble, you can contact the file's creator or the software vendor for further assistance. Best Regards, Hania Lian
