Hello Avadhesh Ojha, Thank you for posting in Q&A forum. 1.Please check if your personal laptop is in one domain or not. If your personal laptop is joined to a domain (such as when you log in with a university ID), some settings may be managed by the domain administrator rather than by yourself. This can ensure compliance with domain policies and requirements.
For example: it is in workgroup below.
2.The university ID you previously used may have joined a certain domain, or you may have set relevant user policies on your university ID account. To ensure compliance with the organization's security policies and management requirements. This may result in you being unable to change or access restricted settings and displaying them as "managed by your organization."
Run dsregcmd /status command to check. The dsregcmd /status
utility must be run as a domain user account.

3.If you have previously used certain management tools or edited registry or group policy settings, but have not correctly restored these changes, it may result in certain settings still displaying as "managed by your organization.". If your laptop is in only workgroup, and now you sign in using local user account. You can try to restart the machine to see if the setting is still there.
I hope the information above is helpful.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
