Do you mean that the registry key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components\90C68BBCA565FC341902D954EA3347AC) doesn’t exist?
If it exists, please check the permissions, and ensure that System and Administrators have Full Control to it.
If it doesn't exist, please contact your administrator to check it for help.
Please check if you have specialized anti-virus, app-blocker, or GPO phased permission software installed that may be denying access to this key.
Please temporarily disable this software and then run VS Installer as administrator to repair your installation.
