Is there a way to see the attachments on an email that I sent to someone? The email that I have is from a thread of that conversation so not the actual email sending the attachment.

Do you mean that you try to look for the attachment of the email no longer exists in the outlook app but saved in your desktop?

If the email is no longer exists in the outlook app and there's no attachment attached to the email saved in your desktop, i'm afraid that you cannot find the attachment back.
