Unable to log into Microsoft 365 account due to lost Authenticator access
I am unable to access my business account on Microsoft 365 because I lost my Authenticator application. I have reached out to Microsoft through multiple channels, but have been unsuccessful in getting assistance due to the lack of email support and unhelpful automated helpline. As the Authenticator app is the only access point available to me, I need help on how to retrieve my account access with it. I still remember my ID and password, and no one else has access to the account.
