Hello, I have a personal subscription to Microsoft 365, and I have a new subscription that was granted by my university and is required to complete coursework. When I sign into my personal account, clicking on Outlook or other apps leads me to the version managed by the university. I cannot access my personal emails. Clearing all cache or trying an incognito window at least prevents me from being directed to the university sign-in page by default, but entering the credentials for my personal account causes an error: "500 - Too many redirects." My personal email is a Gmail account that I have linked to utilize rules within Outlook. The university account is a typical .edu email.

In these situations, it is highly recommended to create separate Internet browser profiles; One logged in with your Microsoft Account and one logged in with your University account. You can then easily switch between profiles or even remain logged in and run them side-by-side.
