How to add a date picker to Excel 2019 or 2021 Spreadsheet?

I need to add an issued and due date to a spreadsheet in Excel 2019 or 2021. How can I add a date picker to make it easier to select the date?

The build-in Date and Time Picker Control was only available in older version of Excel.
