Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Azure NetApp Files is billed on provisioned storage capacity, which is allocated by creating capacity pools. Capacity pools are billed monthly based on a set cost per allocated GiB per hour. Capacity pool allocation is measured hourly. Capacity pools must be at least 2 TiB and can be increased or decreased in 1-TiB intervals.

@Pedro Vinicius Amaral da Silva Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum, Thank you for posting your query here!

Azure NetApp Files billing is based on the provisioned capacity and the usage of the service. The cost is calculated based on the following factors: Provisioned capacity: This is the amount of storage capacity that you provision for your Azure NetApp Files account. You can choose the capacity in increments of 4 TiB. The cost of the provisioned capacity is based on the selected service level and the region where the account is created. Usage: This is the amount of data that is read from or written to the Azure NetApp Files account. The usage is measured in GiB per month. The cost of the usage is based on the selected service level and the region where the account is created.

There is no additional cost per read/write operation. The cost is based on the provisioned capacity and the usage of the service. However, there may be additional costs for data transfer, snapshots, and other features. You can estimate the cost of using Azure NetApp Files using the Azure pricing calculator. The calculator allows you to select the service level, region, and provisioned capacity to estimate the cost of the service. If still have any question I would recommend to please contact Azure Billing and Subscription team would be the best to provide more insight and guidance on this scenario: it's free, and it's the best choice.
