To try and fix this I see two possible options:
- Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. This is a built-in tool that can detect and resolve common problems with Windows Update. You can access it from the Settings app, under Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update. And try updating again if the troubleshooter is successful.
- Alternatively you might want to use the Windows update assistant as your current Windows 10 build is quite old (build 18363 version 1909 went end of servicing in 2022) it can be found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 Hope this helps,
