Master Data Service Data Entry Freezes using excel

I have an end user I'm trying to have manage their own information. I set up a MDS solution and tested in myself using Excel 2016 64 bit without issues. The end user is using 32 bit, excel continues to freeze and locks up on closing of excel. Some updates through publishing are successful. this is one of the errors User's image

    Ask the end user to start Excel in Safe Mode to check if any third-party add-ins are causing the issue. This can help identify if the problem is related to Excel itself or external components.
