How send Email with SSRS Report due Report Server?

Question

I'd like to send an email with a weekly report. I've configured the email settings in Report Server Configuration Services, including the email address and SMTP. I've started the SQL Server Agent and added a subscription. However, the email is not being sent, and I received an error message stating that the attempt was unsuccessful. Is there anything else I should do?
