Can't Login to Asana

I experienced problems like the image below when adding the Asana application to Teams then logging in to Asana.
I have tried opening a ticket to Microsoft Support from my tenant, but I was asked to contact the developer because this problem can be handled by the developer.
Please help.
But when I add Asana from Teams Channel it can be done and can be logged in.

You can check if this is the case by going to Settings > Services & add-ins > Microsoft Teams > Tenant-wide settings > Apps > External Apps and checking if Asana is selected.
