Thank you for posting in this community.Unfortunately, we can't call the JSON code or add JSON code reference from library files in SharePoint list view JSON formatter.

The official Microsoft documentation from SharePoint Online (Use view formatting to customize SharePoint) does not provide a way to call the JSON code or add JSON code reference from library files in SharePoint list view JSON formatter, so this is not supported by SharePoint at this time.
