Hi, I see this message when I try to connect with Outlook on line. When I press refresh there are no emails or any accounts linked on my Outlook. On my Outlook app I cannot receive gmail account emails although I can see them on the gmail app. Any suggestions? thank you.

    There could be several reasons why you’re seeing error 500 messages and not being able to see your emails or accounts linked on your Outlook. One suggestion is to check if there are any delays in syncing some connected accounts. Microsoft is aware of this issue and a fix will be released soon. In the meantime, you can try using the free Mail for Windows 10 app to send and receive emails from your connected account.

    Regarding the issue with not being able to receive Gmail account emails on your Outlook app, you could try revoking app access and reauthorizing it. You can do this by going to your Google Account settings, finding the “Third-party apps with account access” option, and revoking access for Microsoft Outlook or any related apps. Then, try setting up the account again and follow the authorization process.
