Unable to reschedule my exam appointment

Hi, I purchased MS-102 exam through my company ID and now after a month I'm unable to login with my company mail now and when i try to recover my account through microsoft they could not recover my company mail saying such mail account doesnt exist. Please help me reschedule my appointment and also please help me switch my profile from my company mail to my private mail. I've all the relevant information, access to my company mail, purchase bills, my ID and everything they need. P.S- I cant take help from my company IT since their response time is usually 3 - 4 days . I couldnt reach microsoft support please help Regards
