How can I migrate documents from Sharepoint 2013 to Wiki in Azure Devops Server 2022 ?

We have many documents on standalone Sharepoint 2013 server and I want to migrate those sharepoint documents from sharepoint 2013 to Wiki in Azure Devops Server 2022. Kindly guide me in doing the same.
