How to fix enabling advanced audit command is failing(Error code -2146233088 occurred with message Can't connect to the mailbox of user Mailbox database) in production but enabling advanced audit command is passing in devlab and local?

The enable advanced audit command(

) is not working for production customer but is working for other customers devlab and local exchange online.The above command is failing in staging, but passing in local machine when trying to debug the prod customer. It is giving this error for some production customers (Error code -2146233088 occurred with message Can't connect to the mailbox of user Mailbox database guid because the ExchangePrincipal object contains outdated information. The mailbox may have been moved recently) Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?Is there any alternative command or any other method to enable advanced auditing?

Advance Audit policies are known to work only from the Default Domain Policy. If you’ve configured settings in a separate Group Policy Object (GPO), it might not apply even if you enforce the GPO.
