Two remote monitors on one big client monitor

Hello, at work, the remote machine has 2 monitors 24 inches 1920 x 1080, can I connect via RDP and display both of these monitors on one 43'' 3840 x 2160 at home, saving the state of work machine window and not reset them to one screen

    To have the remote computer's desktop span two monitors, simply type 'mstsc /span' at a command prompt (i.e. Start, Run, cmd.exe, mstsc /span).
    This feature is sometimes called continuous resolution. To toggle in and out of full-screen spanned mode, press Ctrl+Alt+Break.

    In the remote connection window on your pc, use Alt+Tab to bring the window to the front, then press Alt+Space, choose "Move" on the popup menu, then use the arrow keys of your keyboard to move the window until you see it.
