Thank you for posting in this community.

After understanding your problem, I found after a lot of searching that there are no tutorials in Microsoft's official documentation for uploading files to SharePoint via scanning at this time.

SharePoint doesn't have an out-of-the-box method to support uploading files via scanning at the moment.

But I found someone who had the same problem as you and maybe his solution will help you.
