CheckBoxes not getting picked up in Form Recogniser/ Document Intelligence

Hi Team , I am trying to read check boxes from a document , instead of selected and unselected words i only get the check box special character, please help me on this. I am using a custom neural model. API Version used : 2023-10-31-preview I have done this in the past and have had no issues, now i am not sure how to sort this out. Would highly appreciate any pointers on the same. Thanks! User's image

Hello @ashwin m , is this response specific to a document? I have reproduced the same on my end and the check box response is good.

I would suggest naming the field to indicate the check box selection for example selectionYes and selectionNo rather than labeling the yes or no text in the document. Please refer to the labeling guidelines: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/concept-custom-label?view=doc-intel-4.0.0

However, the product team is aware of this 2023-10-31-preview selection mark performance issues. Will definitely share your feedback to the product team.
