Hi,
When the Microsoft Store on your laptop refuses to open, it can be quite frustrating. Let’s troubleshoot the issue with some potential solutions:
- Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:
Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type wsreset.exe and select OK. A blank Command Prompt window will appear, and after about ten seconds, it will close automatically. The Microsoft Store should then open.
- Repair the Microsoft Store App:
Open Settings on Windows 11. Click on “Apps” and select the “Installed apps” tab. Find the Microsoft Store app, click the menu (three-dotted) button, and choose “Advanced options.” Click the “Repair” button to fix issues with the Store app without deleting data.
Remember to restart your laptop after trying these steps. Hopefully, one of these solutions will get your Microsoft Store up and running again!
