Hi, I renewed and activated my cloud benefits. But portal is showing that my subscription has been deactivated. My VMs are shutdown. How can I get my subscription activated?
@Lantix Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused. If you unable to re-activate subscription yourself, please contact Azure subscription management support by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
