    Do you mean to add a hyperlink to a PDF document in the body of the email?

    As far as I know, if you add the document directly, it will be added as an attachment. To display the document in the body, it is recommended that you insert a picture and then a link to the PDF document.

    In addition, to get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
