Generating an S-Curve in Excel

How can I generate an S-Curve in Excel? I have data that includes planned and completed dates with percentage progress, and I want the graph to be an S-Curve between those dates. Blank fields indicate when there is no data available. Here is an image of the data I'm working with for better context: User's image
